Our cell phone may be the virtual scenario of our life but on the other side, it is full of hazardous to our health.


Three reasons why you should not sleep with your phone in bed. 

1. Keeping mobile devices besides your bed can keep you up T.V, Tablet, and other techs have LED screen which gives up blue light is like emits a wavelength similar to daylight and causes the body to think it's daytime.

2. This light affects your sleep cycle and can hinder the production of sleep hormone melatonin. So, turn off your devices or keep it in another room.

3. Leaving your phone under your leaving or pillow's can increases the risk of fire. This is small, so what happened, after all, this is a machine.


The national cancer institute say's cell phones emit radiofrequency energy and electromagnetic radiation which can be absorbed by the tissue nearer the phone is hold but there is still a lot don't know since technology is continuously changing.

So be on the safe side and don't act on the time to keep your cell phone by your head before you hit the head power down your tech(cell phone).
